Light Burn? New Grower

hey im wondering if this is light burn? I have the 2 plants under a 600w hps 21 inches away form the plants. i water them a little daily im worried about over watering no nutes so far have been vegging for 3 days. thanks oh temps 80-84F 35-43% humidity. light on 24/7

I should look into nutes when i wanna flower right?

They look fine to me... maybe the leaves are light in color. you typically want a nice deep lush green color on your leaves... the leaves should feel kinda firm and a little waxy. if the leaves feel soft you need to feed them. make sure you follow your nute instructions and try to get all the nutes that you'll need for your run at once.
