Light burn? Calmag defficiency? Please help!

I thought about that, because my nutrients balance pH automatically, I was wondering if I was just not giving them a big enough dose??? Might try upping one of them and see what happens.
I'd shoot for 650ppm to 700ppm, and see how they do after a few days.

No sir...I mean the 7 scale on my meter. Mine does ec, 5 scale, 7 scale.
Both my ph and ec meters are cheap vivosun. I have calibrated and.check against my friends and they read very close to each other. 8f my ec meter reads 1000 that's 1.0, not sure about the scale.

I should have made my recommendation in EC, to avoid confusion. I'd suggest a EC of 1.3 to 1.4.
I do have an understanding that the ppm is an equation based off the ec so either unit works for me, my meter reads in both. Is ec always more accurate?

EC is less confusing, because there is only one EC scale, but there are three different PPM scales. I use the 500 ppm scale (500ppm = 1EC).
