what kind of light bulbs do i need ?

Compact Florecent Lights- (flowering or veg)Cheap, low heat, no ballast needed, however will give small buds
High Pressure Sodium- (Flowering) More expensive, requires ballast, uses more energy, creates heat, BIG BUDS
Metal Halide- ^ same as HPS but they are (vegetative)
LED- less heat, crazy expensive, still very new and results vary alot

If you get CFLs you need 6500K (bright daylight bulbs look blueish) for vegetative and 2700K (soft white yellowish look) for flowering.
