light bleaching or n deficiency?

Hey fellow riu community members.

Here are my girls 2 weeks into flower. As you can see some of the tops are quiet a light green yellow color. And I'm not too sure if it has been from a n deficiency or from having the lights to close.
After the flip I have been using half veg nutes with canna flores. I also are using canna boost and added cal mag into every feed which is a 2-0-0 npk so should be be getting sufficient nitrogen.
What do you think?

Lastly I have a a visitor staying on the weekend so I was going to hook up my fluro light so I can switch off the hps because the noise of the fan is dam loud and can be heard from the guest bedroom. Do you think running the fluro for 1 day will have any adverse effects on my girls.

Any help is much appreciated.

Nahh, one day, as long as the are the same light cycle is fine. N deficiency starts on the bottom of the plant so if I had to pick between the 2 I would say light bleaching. What size hps is that?

Cool . Its a 400w cool tube it was hanging 4-6inches from the top so I raised the light a cpl of inches.
The globe is some Chinese crap I got with a 400w kit. So might have to upgrade to a philips globe.
Are growlusg bulbs any good? Price wise they are pretty cheap $35. You usually get what you pay for.

not sure its nutes, the leaves effected were closest to the light. now that you moved them, it should improve or change.

Are you spraying your plants! you know the more dense they get, the more pockets of humidity builds up. You are risking powdery mildew. I never spray my plants in flower.

Good point! I have been foiler feeding canna boost the last week. I might just spray for a week or 2 before the buds really start developing.

I have a strain I crossed awhile back and I am just running it out and giving it a try. It is Plushberry/Tahoe ogkush! Right now I just have 2 main phenos that I am running from the cross right now. My one ogkush pheno stays a nice deep/lime green and eats the light up!! But its more indica plush dom sister seems to bleach under my 400w hps. Its only the tops and other then the yellowish off color the plants happy as hell! I tryd moving it back a little and it seems to be working out. But what I was getting at is that pheno might just be more prone to do it then the others! Only if started from seed ofcourse though, or running multiple strains. My plant that's been bleaching is more plushberry dom but I remember I had no problem with the original mother bleaching. So its just one of those things.. And as far as running the floro when someone is staying over, Like everyone else said as long as you keep it on the same light cycle it will be just fine! Think of it like being outdoors and its just having a "cloudy" day! Goodluck on your grow man! hope its the Kill!
