light and spotty???!!?

Evening ppl, Could you please take a look at me pics and tell me whats going down with my plant????

that is odd-new growth yellowing-will have to look it up-need some info-nutes/soil/lights

ye my thoughts too!! in compost / perlite under 250w cfl, added very light nutes been watered twice since planting!!

It looks like it needs some nitrogen. When they turn light green to also yellow ish white they need N.
