Light advice

Great. A link to the listing would be helpful as well but generally, BLURPLE Phlizon lamps won't blow you away in any regard. I'm confident that all other growers on this forum will agree that BLURPLE (blue + red only) lamps are a thing of the past and one should definitely go for white light lamps with Samsung 301B/H diodes. The efficacy (efficiency) of diodes will in large part determine how much light a lamp emits in relation to watts consumed.

The 10W diodes that are used in the Phlizon are very likely of low quality. The fact that no premium diode brand uses 10W diodes (except maybe COBs) and that Phlizon likely doesn't disclose the diode brand almost confirms this theory.

I did a search based on the images you provided and I believe this is the PPFD map that matches your lamp:

The PPFD levels in the inner 1x1' are decent but this lamp will struggle to illuminate an area much larger than a sq ft. Plus, only blue and red light won't be appreciated by your plants.

I think you can get a lot more light for the same amount of money elsewhere.
