ima do thatthen
when a long time ago in some science class i was in
they told us that the plant works during the day (photosenthesis)
and during the night it produces more cells and chlorophil or something like that

Some people are firm believers that you need a dark period, most of them go with 18/6, others do 24/0 and seem to grow pretty succesfully, personally I go with 20/4 while I veg. There is a pretty long thread on here about 18/6 vs 24/0, you could probably find all opinions on it there, I've never looked at it cause I never cared.

Other people don't have any problems doing that, I can't say personally what it will do besides grow because I've never done it.

exactly what ODGROP said.. I also use a 20/4 light cycle.. just cuz I dont want to use so much electricity .. but during veg if a plant is on 24/7 light it will grow about 15%-30% faster! there is no downside.. a plant works like a battery .. always producing sugars to feed growth.. it stores sugars so that during a dark period, it can still grow.. if no dark period, it just winds up using more of the sugars it produces for growth rather than storing some of it.. 24/0 light cycle on seedlings is fine.. get rdy for some insanely fast growth! good luck!
