This journal is going to follow the life of a SOG style big bud plant. (Root to flower). There will be abuse, there will be ugliness, but in the end there will be bud!

Daily pics are usually not posted until after midnight because of schedule (so Feb 11 pics will actually be posted Feb 12 etc).

If you would like to see pics of the other plants in my garden please refer to the link in my signature.

Soon enough it will start to begin to resemble a pine-cone. She has some very large calyx genetics. (Not to mention a very skunky aroma MmMMMmmmmmmm goood)

Got a few drops of water with peters in it on a leaf or 2 when the lights first came on yesterday, I am anticipating a few "white" burn's when the area is visited later.

Ok so peters was tossed out, I decided against going with any the foxfarm for this plant, instead this plant will be fed molasses from now until finish (1 1/2ml per gallon)

Please keep in mind that if you can afford good nutrients Definitely use them. I use a lot of Fox Farm & occasionally some dyna bloom, just not in this area :p

2 Day Comparison. Left to right, Feb 16, Feb 17

Gaps between nodes should fill in rather fast from this point on and the plant should take on the appearance of 1 solid cola soon enough.

One thing i like about flowering clones that are 1" is you usually end up with a single cola of 1' - 1 1/2' tall and pretty much any energy the plant uses is on flower production since there are no branches etc.

One negative thing is that if you do not have good air circulation rot, mold can easily take a hold of your garden since your cola starts directly above the surface of your wet medium.

Sensi Seeds Big Bud Info

Just a quick FYI just because it says fem'd doesn't mean its not going to show any nanas (the nana's on this Big bud are sterile, well 99% of the time, theres that 1% occasional seed appearance.) Most times on fem'd seeds the appearance of nanas is common later in the plants flowering cycle, occasionally these nanas are viable pollen droppers but more often than not they are sterile (keep in mind this is nanas im talking about, not balls! I have yet to see a ball open and be loaded with sterile nanas).

Anyways If you ever get Big Bud fem'd from sensi seeds you will see nana's eventually. The genetics are just amazing, worth an occasional visible yellow nana :p

(the below plant is not the one from this journal, it is just a random big bud from my garden)
