Its nobody's fault but your own you didn't copywrite the name. As for your brother and the girl, they obviously care so much about you that they decided fucking behind your back was in your best interest. This is the drama engine that destroys people.
Drop them like poop bombs, right down the toilet and don't look back. Just remember how much he loves you. And how he showed you he loves you. Worthless, not worth you getting worked up. I would simply move on. Lots of good people out there you can call brother and mean it.
