Please @WHATFG do not let more fear mongiers cloud your judgement! We've all had enough of that over the last decade. We all have every right to still have concerns about the direction of MMJ policy in this country, but let's wait until we have some actual concrete policy to go on.
We've all been worrying for years now, it's not healthy for anyone. Take a breather and let's see what happens in a couple of weeks.

To me there are 2 types against legalization.
Dealers and stupid people.
It gets tiring arguing about it. It seems there are some who have such a mean on for either the party or the leader that they won't even take a minute to think about reasonable topics or suggestions.
So sick of the sky is falling, it's all a cash grab, fuck lp's and this, and this, and that, crowd.
No one is forcing people to buy beer from Budweiser, you can brew your own if you want to, just like no one is forced to buy from the all evil Tweed.
People shouldn't be mad at Tweed if their product is substandard, they should've been forcing change by lobbying the gov and regulators. That would've forced better quality, but understandably that wouldn't happen because the people who everyone should be pissed off at (the CPC) are the ones who consistently fucked med users over.
Oh, and as someone who owns an incorporated company, you damn right it do it for money, if anyone ever stood in front of me and told me I shouldnt make money, I'd ask them to let their families starve, because that's what they wish upon those who took risks, did something for themselves and can enjoy the benefits of their hard work.
I wish pot users med or rec, dg's, lp's, investors and business owners the best in what looks to become an explosive market.
Fuck anyone who suggests someone shouldn't earn for their hard work.

Well considering I started this thread I think I can say pretty much whatever I want....I'm not cowtowing to fear mongering...I'm sitting back and not hearing a FUCKING THING ABOUT HOME GROWING...something JT said two years ago was should be able to grow not will be able...big fucking difference in my book...I could care less about rec...I am all for legalization depending on how it's regulated...I'm not going to pay tax on something people were going to jail for last week ain't gonna happen...why should the gov be allowed to profit now?

Id say @WHATFG you should be completely concerned. HC has fucked us with removing our home grows, telling us to destroy it, threatening to report us to police and breaching our privacy all while twisting our arms to buy from there marijuana for MEDICAL purposes but keep in mind, "marijuana has no medical value"

Ontario court passed it in 2001 to allow home grows. Your not understanding, HC being explicitly told to allow for access and to introduce home grows under the charter then killing the program for them to line there pockets is completely against the ruling, lets hope for allard/goldstars is all we can do.
either way.. you go and find out if they want to slap you or not.

Right. Therefore there were laws in place HC had to follow.
Then, our buddy Steve decided to create a whole new program and change the laws.
The CPC then gave HC clear marching orders based on their new policy.
HC followed the laws and directives of the CPC gov. HC didn't make the rules, they followed them until some a holes changed it up on you.
So yes, HC got up Tuesday morning and realized they'd need to make more changes to the mj file under a new gov.
