Question for the exspets.
I read a artical today that you can run a MH bulb of the same wattage in a HPS fixture and it works ok.
Anyone conferm that?

Generally, the sockets are universal up to several 1000 W. The difference is in the ballasts. The lamps need a specific voltage that ramps up so the bulbs will perform at the max level and last for a long time.
