So I have a Choco Candy by Zambeza that will be ready to cut in 1.5 months, but I will be traveling for 1 month immediately after it gets cut, therefore I was planning to let it drying in a warehouse inside a cardboard box, but it will have to hang in there for 1 month. What can I expect when I come back? Will it be good?

Would imagine it be too dry tbh
Or the inverse... too humid, causing it to mold. I wouldn't risk it unless the environment can be dialed in and kept extremely consistent.

Yeah it's going one way or the other with no one there. Can ya not get someone to help. I would rather lose a few nugs to theft than a full harvest.

It can absolutely work in your favor if you can dial in your environment. If you can guarantee at least a light air flow at all times and 60% humidity at all times and zero light and guarantee it won't veer from those numbers very far the entire month then I'd say go for it. The airflow and lack of light pollution will prevent mold and 60% humidity is perfect cure percent. So I would see no harm coming to your but as long as you can guarantee these parameters will be met.
So you've let it hang for a month or 2 whole plant and still smoked fine?

Yup. I cant recall if it was harsh or not. But I dont think so. And ppl still wanted some, so all was good

If you can control the humidity while you are gone there is no reason you cant come back to some finely cured stuff. Like jdog said above.

Do NOT do this or you will come back to a jar full of mold guaranteed. 1 week is not enough to get all that moisture out. I have done this on accident. It is very very sad digging out what you think is going to be a jar of kind nugs and just seeing all that white mold inside...
So then just let it hanging inside a cardboard in a cool dark place for 2 months? I mean, if it being too dry is the only problem with that then it doesn't sound like a big deal.

Or you could immediately dry in oven...decarb and QWET and then let it sit...leaving alcohol to evap for the month. Then you'll have some rdo waiting for you, That's what I would do.

Having buds that are too dry isnt the end of the world. Grab some Humidipaks that read 62%. Throw them in a jar or whatever you seal them up with and throw them in a dark place. If they're super dry, you'll want to leave them like that for about a week at least. Afterwords, you'll want to start burping them and check to make sure no mold is growing. They should soften up pretty fast and then provide you with a good cure.
I exclusively use dry herb vaporizers. Using bud thats too dry for these are no problem. Smoking them could be a bit harsh though. If you give them a cure, you'll get something way more smooth tho. Indeed, dry buds are not a big deal depending on how you intent to use them.
