IDK bro, a few times I've used moving GIF's as my avi, but the one I have now, is a custom one.
Have you tried loading your moving GIF to Photobucket, then using the 'direct link' to upload to here?
That's how I have done in the past.

I will try, I think it may be the wrong dimensions, I will try to resize the animated gif and see if that works.

If it's too large, it should give you the message right there, but if it loads, and just doesn't move, try loading in a diff. format.
