My best results have been from using a soil mix with not much nutrients and fortifying it myself with an organic fertilizer blend with beneficials. I used Down To Earth Bio-live in Roots Organics B2 but anything comparable would do just as well.

On the lazy option something ''like'' US recharge or UK Echo thrive are IMO better options over myco products and of similar/cheaper price. In worse case if the microbes are dead on application or not doing too well due to conditions you are still adding other beneficial things. If your solo myco product fails or is not as effective you are wasting the money almost entirely.
