exactly. If your water comes out at 120ppm then half is 60ppm..etc I’m not a purist some people may be concerned about chlorine or chloramine but I’m in the thought camp that the microbe population will rebound quickly. Yea especially if I only do 10-25%. I'll be adding back trace elements & the chlorine will be 75% lower. Microbes can deal with that.
