Most rentals in Cali have "NO PROP215" clauses.
Most landlords don't allow it, you've got your work cut out for you.

If you really want to get into this right now, & your not tied to a specific city, I'd avoid so-cal for growing. They are not nearly as pot friendly as NorCal.

Are you coming here to party are grow weed?
I'd look for a secluded place with a big sunny back yard up in the foothills of the Sierra's. Someplace like Grass Valley or Auburn, and grow a few Northern Cali Trees. You'll do at least as good as with 5k & you'll live healthier!

Good luck bro, your gonna need it!

peace

gardener the great this is that I already have all the equipment needed to start. I dont need to buy anything. Right now I think 5K is the ideal number for me until like u said get something that moves. In which case I will increase the size of gardern.

but yes, my thoughts were to do a veg room and a bloom room in which case I could spead up the process.
Have you ever done a proper 5 bulb grow? I've had a full time job with a 4 bulb after 15+ years of grow time behind me and pulled the plug because it was a pain in the ass to work (in sales also) and then to come home and work for hours. If you fire up 1 or 2 bulbs and get your technique and chems locked down it would be much better than just trying to get a system with a 5k dialed in.... Especially while working full time with your other job. Maybe thats just me being lazy but now I just play in the dirt outside.

I don't know how demanding yr job is but with my situation it can b done and has been done already. It's alot of work but I'm passionate and hungry right now. I'm willing to make some sacrifices now to then hopefully make it my full time. Appreciate your input.
