have you looked at DJ shorts "FLO" sensi seed also have this strain
the claim is this strain can take multiple harvests of buds from 1 season/grow, or basically the buds grow back after you remove them
i have never grown it so i can't say either way its on my list of strains to try one day

the plants apparently get very large and the buds mature very quickly the first wave of buds matures in 6 weeks, the second at 9 weeks maybe even a 3rd at 12 weeks .. not quite the same type of thing as the op wanted, might be worth looking into though

peace

Ive tryed to be patient.
Try harder.

so basicaly what your saying is that your an advocate of jesus of cannabis. basicaly what your saying is that your a fucking asshole
The only thing I'm advocating here is a little bit of skepticism with respect to seed-sellers ad copy.

It appears you're the one resorting to name-calling, not me.

Perhaps that's because I actually have something to say.

Anyway, again, if you have any ACTUAL EXPERIENCE with these strains, please share. If you have links, please share those.

Thanks for the info. This is actually something worth talking about.

Obviously, DJ short is a FAR more reliable source/breeder than "Doggie's Nuts", which has to rank amongst the more slimy of the seed-sellers.

DJ Short's "Flo" isn't exactly a new strain either. That one goes back at least 15-20 years to the early 1990s.

Flo is an excellent strain in its own right, but its not absolutely unique in this way.

Being able to take multiple sequential harvests through the season with new buds forming after each one is a trait of some of the older landrace Sativa strains, presumably including ones that this strain was derived from. If you're growing outdoors in the appropriate climate, this can be helpful.

But as you say, being able to take multiple smaller harvests from an outdoor plant is a totally different thing than having a true perennial cannabis plant that grows back to give a new harvest every single year in perpetuity. Again, despite the claims, I'm not aware of any cannabis plants that can actually do this.

I don't know man it sure kind of looks like some Mexican Cartel brick weed to me, you know what they say if it sounds to good to be true, then it PROBABLY IS... that's why those greedy Cartel fuckers are growing it.

EDIT: Besides have you ever grown any Auto's ??? I have and their ok as sort of a novilty or if you don't have room to do real plants and just want some smoke, or as a side crop as your vegging your plants but i sure wouldn't want to run a whole room full of them. That's the thing about Ruderalise strains they give you a littlle head change but they just never seem to have that nock your dick in the dirt couchlock stone i like!

Oh well to each his own i guess but that's my $.02

I don't have personal experience growing them, but I've heard that at least a few of the more recent Ruderalis-based auto strains are pretty potent. "Diesel Ryder" and "Auto-assassin" are two in particular I've heard are good.

There are a number of reasons to grow autoflowers, see here:

But as you say, not many good reasons to run a large room of them indoors instead of conventional photoperiod plants.

Running a whole field of them OUTDOORS makes perfect sense if you wanted to harvest a crop at some time of year OTHER than late fall.

That very well may make sense for Mexican cartels who want to avoid targeted late season grow busts. But in that case you'd have to plant a crop entirely from seed. If you simply sowed a field and let autoflowers "go wild" they'd flower at random times, and you wouldn't be able to get consistent large harvests, which is what commercial growers are after.
