I just love the colour of the light in your tent @mc130p, that induction lamp gives such a nice rendition of all the shades of green - I bet it must really help to keep your plants happy when you can see their colours so accurately. I bet that light is pretty high CRI right? Keep up the great work!

I can see why you like it.

For whatever reason, I love the color green under 3500K COB LED. Since there's a spike in blue and in red, things take on a cool pink hue, makes the plants look great lol.

Yeah plants look good under 3500K I agree. I am really starting to see the appeal of high CRI chips for future builds though. The light just looks really natural.

Thanks man, yeah it really does make the plants look great:) I don't even use the flash on the camera and to me, the pics look just like it does by my eye.

So, it looks like one of the branches on the Tangie got too big for her britches and snapped. Now I have this big bud just hanging. Do you guys think I should chop it? Or should I wait until it dies some, then chop it? I'm leaning toward the latter in the hopes that it can ripen a little more:

Sometimes they don't even die; the branch heals enough to sustain itself.
 
You can try what they do to trees, wet fabric and rope/tape. I have had a few snap and I just wrapped a thin piece of wet paper towel around it to keep it in place, then taped it to hold it, supported with some bonsai/garden wire. Might be overkill for one bud, but if you want to keep it goin for awhile longer by supporting the vascular cambium, you should be good to go.
 
yeah i would just stand the branch/bud back up and tape/twist tie it to a stake or use a string from the ceiling to hold it upright and see what happens.most times they just keep on growing.
 
My tomato plants main stem almost split into two as I was not using cage to support.

Tape was not as easy as it was main a stem and hard to access. I Cut a piece of hanger to support it. I was pretty sure it will die... I did not notice any stress issues and it looks perfectly healthy as if nothing happened.
Give it some support and use tape.

Any update on the grasshopper?? Still waiting for my address confirmation... estimated June delivery for me but since I still haven't gotten any confirmation I'm thinking July is more realistic
