idk if they legally can, but not a good thing at all to have happen! i think the police would question you....you debunk that with the whole "she is pissed cause i dumped her bitch ass" either way i think you wont have to worry....if she says anything to you just tell her you dumped the plant. how did your girlfriend know you are growing? tisk tisk
