I could use some perspective... if you have a minute, could you take a picture with something like a bic lighter or a quarter (or a ruler) next to the base of that plant? It looks like the trunk of that tree is about an inch across, never seen an indoor auto with a base like that. It could just be that the whole thing is at a different scale than I'm seeing it at. Thanks -

I would say his is more than an inch....this one was abt an inch/.5 and his looks a little beefier

It's about 1.5 inches wide, the size of the FloraFlex matrix opening.
With a bic lighter.

They help distribute the nutrient solution when hand feeding or with a autowater system. Also prevents algae from growing on my perlite at the top of the pots because there is no light hitting the coco.
