Legality questions

just had an attitude order seized a month or two ago...

the most they are willing to do is type up a letter saying that they took your seeds.

No need to worry IMO. I highly doubt they look into any of these orders at all, especially miniscule ones like ours. Like others have mentioned, there really are bigger fish to fry.

Hope this helps you rest a little bro

lay off the sativas and take a nice big bong rip of a mellow indica and chill. unless you ordered 1000 seeds they are going to green tape your package and mail you a nice gift from wherever you ordered from minus seeds. they may add a phone number so you can call and ask why the fuck they took your seeds but I would refrain from that and just re-order and cross your fingers.

ok man i got you on this....im in law school....unless you ordered about 1000 to 5000 seeds to grow commercial for obvious resale in a state that has no laws on medicinal or recreational use ur absolutely fine....stop worrying....the police do not have the man power or the tax-payer support to bother a casual personal grower......if that still doesn't help u calm down.....stop watching "dont get busted EVER" on youtube with that weird dude from texas.....he is a moron.....and finally like someone else said, you DO NOT have to answer the door for the police....matter of fact lock the damn door and tell them to get a warrant....(they wont).....and light one up when they leave and chill out.....if they really want you for whatever reason, they wont knock....they will kick that fucking door down, so no need to worry about a "knock and talk"........i hope that guy from youtube gets hit by a truck, he is just scaring the shit outta everyone growing n pissing off the real police

Grow equipment isn't illegal. If you're just growing veggies then you're safe IMO. ordering seeds may get them seized but that's about as far as it'll go. Seized orders don't lead to home investigations there just isn't enough resources for that.

Everyone says that and I do see it true in most cases however I still haven't gotten my package that was dispatched on the 26th... I've read multiple stories with people in my state getting investigated after seed orders being seized.. things just don't add up I guess

Take a chill pill, or bettersmoke a fatty dude. If they don't come by the date they gave you, just have them resend them. Don't sweat the small stuff, and definitely don't destroy your crop! Herbies is the best!

First of all, listen to what mr sunshine keeps saying. Man the fuck up. Secondly, packages can get lost. Herbies is no longer sending out their seeds with a tracking number because customs is more likely to grab those. It probably got lost, I order from herbies a lot. 4 orders in the past year and one of them got lost. None seized. Chill the fuck out. If you don't get it by the 20th email them, they will send another free of charge.

Unless you ordered thousands of seeds even if they did seize them you are not looking at jail time. Do you honestly think the DEA goes after every dumb shit they caught ordering a few seeds from the UK? Paranoid idiocy much?

Thats why you use a AKA, and a PO box

Have you ever set up a PO Box? Or are you just saying that because someone probably told you the same thing. PO Boxes are more incriminating than sending it to a home address. Why? Because it's a fucking PO Box. You have to go to the post office, show an ID, pay monthly for it, get assided a box # that is yours and yours alone, then they issue YOU a key. No one is going to send mail to the wrong PO box. That is an amazingly stupid idea. You can not throw your hands up and say "hey, those aren't mine" Yes, you dumb fuck.. those are yours

To get a PO Box number and pick up your keys, you’ll need to show two valid IDs: one photo ID and non-photo ID. Your ID must be current, contain sufficient information to confirm that you are who you claim to be, and be traceable to you. Social Security cards, credit cards, and birth certificates are not acceptable IDs. The Post Office will accept a...

  • Valid driver's license or state ID card.
  • Military, government, university, or recognized corporate ID.
  • Passport, alien registration card, or certificate of naturalization.
  • Current lease, mortgage, or deed of trust.
  • Voter or vehicle registration card.
  • Home or vehicle insurance policy.
Yea, that's definitely less incriminating. Idiots

NUMBER 1 RULE IMO:Do NOT throw anything grow/smoke related in your trash. The police have used this bs method to obtain search warrants. Once your cans are out by the curb they are allowed to search through your garbage. There's been a few cases of this around the country. Usually some asshole sits outside a hydro store and takes people's liscense plate info. Then they try and go through the trash and find ANYTHING that is weed related. There's a classic case of a married couple who visited a hydro store for some legit garden supplies. Their plate info led police to the address and then on trash day they went through their trash. They found loose green tea leaves that they "suspected to be marijuana". That's all it took for the warrant. The police raided their house in the middle of the night, assult rifles, vests, helmets, facist, pig, assholes! Grow equipment is 100% legal, just remember, if the cops want to arrest you they will either create evidence to do so or really go that extra mile to prosecute you(probably not), such as swabing your tents/walls for traces of cannabis/resin.
