Legal shrooms in FL.

I have been doing allot of research on this and everywhere you look it up says that it is legal to possess fresh magic mushrooms in Florida. They say the law will still fuck with ya tho and I know that would be true! It will get thrown out of court tho if you got even a pd. That's pretty cool tho I thought.

IF the authorities saw you munching on some GOLD caps ON MID spring day out in the opens... they would gladly pass by and try to fuck around with you since they very well know the magnitude of your psyche disabilities while on mushies

For sure! I just like to have that crutch for my lawyer to work with in case I got with some bulk fresh shrooms at the house.

so if it's legal and all, where can I get some? I live in FL and don't know the first thing about hunting them down...

In NY we use to just buy them dirt cheapp for like $15-20 an 8th...it seems like FL is the best place for them and yet I can't find any.

Cow fields in cow patties for the standard psychedelic mushrooms (Psilocybe Cubensis). Though MANY law enforcement are aware of mushroom hunters and actively patrol the side roads of fields looking for them (some even have night vision equipment, your tax dollars at work). An if your on someone else's property you pick up a Tresspassing charge whether you have anything on you or not. You must also prove that you did not know that the mushrooms you picked contained the schedule 1 substance Psilocybin and if you have any pass drug charges it will be pretty hard to convince a judge. Not trying to shy people away from it just know the risks involved. As Ndangered said there are loads of exotic mushrooms in FL which do not require illegal tresspassing to access, it's just proper identification of them is usually harder than with Cubensis.

i live in fl and if you go looking at the right places,at the right time, when its the right temperature they will be all over(if somebody didnt already beat you to it)and im pretty sure it is not illegal to posses them because about 6 years back when i was 17 i got caught in a shroom fiels field with alot of shrooms on me and only thing i got charged for was tresspassing..they took my shrooms but never charged me with it,those crookedass cops were probably trippin balls that night lol

Rightly so... if your desires are strong enough... simply purchase a mushroom identification guide. Have some fun in the sun while your at it ;)

i think you have to have other types of shrooms in your bag along with your cubes. then you can say you were collecting them to identify the edible ones when you get home.
