I noticed this morning some of the girls in the veg room are lookin a little yellow on the bottom leaves, one plant more so than others (one of the freebies) research tells me its a nitrogen deficiency, so I ran to the local pet&garden and picked up some more organic juices =P smells like dirty vag... watered with 1 tbs/gal (full dose) today

The remainder of the plants still in veg (the weaker/slower growing plants) most of the choice plants are now on 12/12, ill be cloning the fastest growing MK assuming I have a choice and then tossing most of the rest to get under limit =( hope im not destroying some genetic gold :leaf:..if everything works the way I want MK#1 and the "triploid" will be my mother/pheno's

SOOO in short, Welcome to my first "proper" grow =) It wont be as large as my last grows, I will be abiding by Oregon law (which will hopefully be tweaked soon) Oregon allows 4 plants maximum AT ALL STAGES OF GROWTH! meaning clones and seedlings count (I think you can see where this needs tweaking)

I wish I could run the setup I used to have and grow some monsters, but unfortunately I don't own the equipment anymore, I would have to run wire and add a breaker to our power box (very old house) and I just cant afford the extra $150 a month to run 1000-1400 watts

Here Is my setup/plans
I ordered 10 regular Master Kush seeds from nirvanashop.com and they throw in 10 random freebies, I am going to run 2 in veg and 2 in flower offset so that I am cropping about 1 plant per month. I plan on growing new strains from feminized seeds or clones from the local dispensary every month.. I am also growing 1 or 2 outdoor in the backyard next year so stay tuned for that ;)

Setup: (I will be using the scrog method)
Veg- 175w MH street lamp no hood in a 4 foot by 2 foot wood box "18/6 light"
Flower- 150w HPS grow light 14"x10" reflector with tempered glass in a 5 foot by 3 foot grow tent "12/12 light"
I know..its small but if I can pull over an ounce dried a month ill be happy



Seedlings under 14w cfl 3/5 MK germinated and 5/10 freebies (I messed up and they all got really cold) since I can only have 4 I am keeping the 3 master kush and 1 mutated freebie (see pics), I am hoping for at least 1 MK female for a mother (ill be buying clones to fill in the males) if I dont get a MK female ill be planting the remaining 5 MK seeds from nirvana (I want to grow the MK outdoor next year)

If you got the same freebies from Nirvana that I got, you had better make some room. I threw three in and two were female. Both are stretchy and lanky sativas. I put them into flower on Oct 4th when they were 12 -14 inches tall. They grew past my lights (6 feet from floor). I hope they are worth the long flower time.

oh damn haha ya there are definitely a couple sativa in the "freebies" but the one I am hoping is a female looks indica to me and if shes a female the sativas are probly coming down =(

I have been wanting to grow SC since I first started growing myself, I have anxiety problems, but sadly im only using it to breed with the MK because I want to stick to the quick flower of an indica for my small grow area

DAY #26 hey, im super excited to show you guys the pics I snapped for you today, I got both good news and bad news

Bad news: im 99% sure MK#1 is a male, gonna give it another 24 hours and see if hairs burst out (they are microscopical sacks right now and iv seen it happen b4), though im pretty sure its not gonna happen..also MK#2 seems to be stunted as its not growing half as fast as the rest, its been the same for 3 days and I may do some watering with cal mag but I really want to get an organic cal mag supplement down the road and stick to 100% organic, gotta do what you gotta do, im broke and could only afford a 4oz bottle of cal mag

Good news: I named the "suspected triploid" "Triploid Debunked" the rest of the plants are all responding fantastically to the boost of nitrogen (fish furtalizer 5-1-1) and some of the lower leaves are even turning green again (never seen this happen before) and MK#3 is no longer sickly and is passing MK#2 in growth

MK#1 and N#1 both males:cuss:..least theres no regrets for putting them into bud so early, gave the real girls more time to veg =)

DAY#31 VEG (Freebie# 2 & 3) still waiting on the cal-mag , its sitting at the po box but its sunday


DAY#6 FLOWER (MK# 2 & 3, Triploid Debunked, BB, SC) BB and SC are being grown for pollen only (male or female) and then destroyed, hence the size of the planter/plant.

DAY #33 Veg/Day#8 Flower and I FINALLY got the cal-mag today, did a flush with cal-mag supplemented water (5ml or 1 tsp/gal) and a foiler spray with the same ratio, both of the MK where showing a magnesium deficiency (almost looks like a nute burn) that was quickly spreading after I let the soil get super dry, I was hoping I could wait it out for the cal-mag to arrive before watering but it didnt make it in time and the MK DOES NOT like to be thirsty at all, quickly started to dry out and yellow/burn

Day#42 - Day#15 Flower
Today is watering day and I got bot the Master Kush transplanted to the 3.5 gal pots
MK 1&2 are both confirmed females, along with SC and BB, MK2 is growing alot different then the others, very crowded and very thick branches that do not bend whatsoever and seems to get thirstier alot faster than the others as well, looks like it needs to be super cropped. the freebie or N#3 got too thirsty hence the drooping/withered leafs that appeared thismorning..

this thing smells so incredibly like sour blueberry candy its crazy! the rest dont even smell much yet, but the blueberry smell is dead on

Pulled the girls out for a water and thought I would get some pics outside the grow room to show you the colors, Strawberry Cough is progressing so much faster, her smell is amazing, her buds are already bulky and frosty, I didn't get a pic of the blueberry because it hasn't changed much since I have been abusing it trying to get it to herm

Girls are looking yummy got a couple pics of my 2 favorite phenos, I started flushing the Strawberry Cough, she looks nearly done, although she is only gonna produce around 1/4 oz (half gallon pot and v
ery short veg cycle) I changed my mind when I seen how frosty she was getting and just couldnt herm her, cant wait for the smoke. after some more research I decided to breed a male MK with the Gorilla Glue #4 instead because the BB and SC where from fem seeds, BB got chopped
