Left things too late.

Hey. So I'm moving away in september for school and had set in my mind that I had to take growing seriously this summer, or else living conditions will be very difficult for me without the funding.

I thought I'd have prepared better for the season, and left it much too late to get seeds, and now I'm looking into clones. I have a couple questions. As a southern Ontario grower, what kind of plants should I stear away from, and how far along should they be about now?

I know it depends on the plant, but is there any general indicators of if the plant is far enough along for me to harvest it before it gets cold out?, and if I could, I'd like to harvest it early... My land lord just put in my notice and now I have to be out by augaust first. This leaves me with a little less time to pay attention. Is there many plants that i can just stick in a field and leave to develop on its own, atleast after mid augaust? I was thinking I could come back for a couple weeks and harvest it as fast as i can. I know that's a few questions, but really worried I've fucked myself over for the season.

dude if there outside theres no way your going to be harvesting in august unless you get some sort of auto flowering plant. Second i wouldn't want to leave plant un-attended for too long of a time. They still need water and care. I would recommend planting them out in the bush somewhere and going back frequently to water and maybe give nutes. As for kind of plant not a clue but your probably gonna want a clone for sure. You could do it from see but your plants will be a little smal when it comes time to harvest but it would still be possible i just wouldn't reccomend it.

Yeah, that's an alright reply. Anyone else have anytihng else detailed to suggest? How can you tell if the clones I'm looking to purchase aren't going to make it to transplant?

Id say your best bet would be to find a summer job and work as much as possible. Things aren't looking up for you growing and with the kind of plan you have, you prob aren't gonna make a whole lot of cash, even if it does work out.

Yeah, Not really the reply I was looking for. Thanks for the input and all, but I'm looking for useful directions involving keeping it going.
