I run a Vipar KS5000 in a 4x4 and have been very pleased. I only have one run under it done since I switched, but it has great coverage and a quality build. No doubt in my mind that it is superior to the four board 480w fixture it replaced. Is it a top end light, not really. But for a home grower on a budget, I think its pretty hard to find anything else under $400 with the coverage and components used.

Here is a good review to check out, it convinced me to give it a shot.

$370 on Amazon
I run 3 KS-5000's now. It blows my mind how well they are built/designed and perform. The efficiency and end product is better than any other fixture I've ran. This includes overpriced big name and over marketed fixtures as well that I have now sold off.

I've pulled 22oz dried to 58% RH out of 4 plants with it at 75% (386W). The LM301H diodes, and spectrum are perfect.

These same lights if marketed by HLG, CLW, etc, would be selling for $550-700.00 LOL
