LED too powerful ?

I have responded to everyones questions regarding ph/ppm in the earlier posts. Temps are running 70/75 RH / 50. I have my LUX meter in storage so I’m unable to check that. The only reason I stated that everything else is great is because it is. I’ve been battling this for years and have eliminated most possibilities. I don’t always grow in coco. I mentioned I have grown in soil , coco and Promix. All the same results. I originally had five plants but it began to get crowded in the 2/3 week so I put one outside. Same Promix. Feeding it the same nutes. Same PH , etc. the only difference is that it’s outside ( and it looks great ) .
Those are HID temps for flowering, too cld for leds. You want 81-84F for leds in full flower due to missing infrared in LEDs.
Also I cannot see the post your referring to re those runoff ppms. All I see are mentions of them being perfect and according to instruction of AN/nutes company and that you checked ppms "a while ago". I'm not sure I understand here; normally you'd test ppms every feed and as soon as you have probs like this you test the ppm runoff. You only state that you follow instructions of Nute brand but how can they know exactly how hungry your plant is and how strong your light is? If youre just following instructions and not really bothering about ppms ever then these kind of problems should be expected. Maybe I misunderstood you and youre already doing this.

Your first photo shows a pot in a saucer. Theres no way that works with feeding to runoff. Thats the most common fail.
Plants have to be elevated above a drain so runoff goes away. This is your problem. Fix that.Plants cannot absorb runoff,I know you probably use a shop vac but it isn't effective. With a proper drain table you can feed to a good amount of runoff so plants get flushed daily.
Nothing to do with your light.
