If you've got the coin, check out their X6. Instead of having 40" bars running across a tent, they use 6 20" bars running back to front. The PPFD map is really, really nice.
I haven't put used the veg light for a grow yet (starting one in the next week or so) but, during my last grow, my Gorilla Glue autos grow about a foot in the first week that I swapped in the X3. I was looking at the photos last night and I think that's a good estimate. I did pull 729 gm (dry) from those two autos in a 2' x 4' so, as much as the Growcraft lights are pretty spendy, I've got to say I'm pretty happy with the results.
And, forgive me if you caught this but if you check out the test results that they publish, you can push those light bars to very high inputs. We see this in the X2 vs X3 - they both use a 320 watt driver so, my history major brain says that if I can put 160 watts into each of the bars in the X2, I should be able to swap in a 480 watt driver for an X3. Maybe that's laughable to someone who knows LED lights but it does follow logically, doesn't it?
