LED lights

I thinking of starting my first grow, its only going to be one pot one plant and probably in my closet

Can anyone tell me what they think of this particular light, if it would do the job for all stages of growth. Please reply ASAP.

it'll work on one plant.

but supplement this panel with at least a couple cfl's...

that panel is not powerful enough to do a full job in flowering.

But, its your first grow, so if you harvest, you won't even know what a disappointing yield is... maybe by the second time around you can be let down by the light, but at less than 50 bucks, its not a bad buy.

That would be perfect for doing a small sea of green or an indica 12/12 from seed, but then if you're only cracking one seed it may turn out to be a male. Start a few seeds at least.

i actually bought that light last week, its in the mail currently. i think it costs me about 45.00 shipped to canada. Im probably doing what TheFaux said, 12/12 from seed with a couple plants. Im doing a stealth grow, i have a 1X1X2 foot box inside of a 2 rubbermaids stacked. Ill start a grow journal when it arrives.

If by small yielding you mean 1+gram/watt then I agree.

No i mean 1 plant under that led for 3 months and yielding a dry quarter maybe a half depending on nutes and expirence. nice delicious fluffy weed you can see through. I would have just spent $30 bucks and bought a 70 watt hps from homedepot. These are good for added light or side lighting though

not much 1/2 oz a day and I doubt highly he can get a dry oz from this light> I was going to carry them at my store but only as side lighting

hey bro that light is crap. in led's you have to spend some loot. sorry to tell you that, unless you build your own with hi output led. you will need to go to htg, or go to the high quality led's to be worth something. and when you do use led make sure it is a fast blooming plant.

Do not go to HTG for anything. His leds are the same you showed there and his stuff is junk. Buy anywhere but there

sorry ...when i give my opinion or advice it is tested not just bullshit from left freakin field . i have one and it is flowering just fine.

I've been talking with a guy that I used to game with from ohio, he is using 100watt cfl's and is having some really great results, My brother and I went to wal-mart and got 4 fixtures, and 6 bulbs for 50 bucks or so.

For that LED to have 225 LED lights and only use 13.8 watts its output is crap a good LED will put out 1 watt per LED light and it only has 2 color bands should be 3 min if u wanna flower its for pure veg might aswell spend the $30 bucks or whatever on a tube flouro

Supdro I assume you taking a pot shot to me so let me be a little more specific. As owning my own hydro store and dealing with different manufcatures of led lighting i have personally had the chance to demo many different types of manufactures products. I also being a good owner have looked at many other hydro stores items and carried products and researched peoples expirences and opinions of different stores. Now that sai the output on the linked led is very low as stated the leds should eb high output of 5 watts each which they are not. Now to my not buying for HTG if you know much about Tony's products he carries most are very low quality and usually defective or flawed. he also has a very bad shipping time rate now along with a tendency to ship broken or defective items. he will ship a replacement but if your bying new and a ballast arrives with the cords not attached inside or missing the igbnitor inside do you really want to buy from a place that would miss something that major? His LEDs are not much better then this but more exspensive. The drivers in the led products he sells tend to be weak and overheat til they burn which is not a cheap fix and alot of those he sells do not even have the built in cooling fans to remove the heat from the waffer boards. So yeah im out of left field I didnt want to have to write a long explanation as it is common knowledge leds need to be high intensity and that HTG is not a good place to buy from but if it helps make it clearer for those who dont do thier homework I will write the long explanation. I don't know much about LED's. Too rich for my blood to get poor results. I also don't know anything about Filthy's Store... however I can say I have bought more than 1 or 2 products from HTG... if your careful with your selection, and realize you get what you pay for than HTG is a company I would recomend. I have had no problems with their products, and their customer service was great. Not trying to jump down your throat buddy, but maybe take it easy trashing other companies it sounds like "they suck buy from me"

That LED panel is garbage and u will be dissapointed. I might work for vegn one plant but definetlynot enough like to flower any decent buds. U need at least one watt per led bruh

I never said buy from me or even put a link up. If you go look for about 5 minutes youw ill see HTG is known for poor quality bad service and shotty equiptment. thats why I said buy anywhere but there. I had done a lot of research before I had my stuff and used to buy just liek everyone else and Trioed his store and yup bad equiptment, no replies and faulty wiring. Thats a trend thats on these forums from buyers and else where. There are a ton of good shops online to buy just not HTG its the worse possible place to buy
