Is any 1 use Phlizon 600W LED lights or MarsHydro 600w will it be ok to use for 1m x 1m x200 tent please

if you cant vent out the heat through a ceiling or window dont go hps or metal halide, use cobs leds they produce good yeilds and are way better than the leds you mentioned. they also produce vertually no heat so you can vent straight outside your tent (after carbon filtered of coarse.}

For a 3 x 3 foot tent ? One 315 watt CMH lamp would be a good fit. If you do go LED you will need to spend twice as much, unless you buy those cheapo Amazon leds. (Don't buy shit!)

Yes.......my first grow I used a 315 watt CMH light in a 4 x 4 tent......seed to harvest.......in a 3 x 3 it would be excellent.

I'd look for a CMH light with a PHILLIPS or HORTILUX branded bulb. Those "no name" bulbs aren't gonna last as long, or provide as good a light spectrum.

Yes....a phillips or hortilux bulb will fit ANY cmh light fixture. 3100K spectrum is best for 12/12 but can be used seed to harvest. The 4000K spectrum bulbs are best for VEG state, not great for 12/12 but will work.
