LED lighting Good or Bad?

Led just looks like plants stretch to much for my likeings

What are the specs of your lighting?

Working and growing efficient are 2 different things. I can grow weed next to my fish tank due to it's lights.... but I wouldn't.

Seriously look it up......i mite have it wrong cause it was tested vs a 400w HPS, then a 600w, then then 1000w..the 300w LED crushed the 400w and 600w HPS....and with the 1000w it slightly produced a smaller yield but the LED crystal production was far better if I remember correctly....

Yeah I've got a new setup in the works...I just used what I had around the house.
