LED lighting and easiest nutrient method for hydro

Hi all, I had a quick question about lighting. I have a 225 LED panel from a friend. I checked out the manufacturers website and it looks like it's a really sweet light. Super efficient and produces only the spectrum needed for growing. Will this be enough for the entire length of growing or should I use HPS lighting for the flowering stage? Also, I want to use a simple bubbler setup (basically a 10 gal tupperware container with pump and netted pots...you know..the ghetto bubbler method) so what would be the most simplest nutrient solution I could go out to a nursery /home depot/online to use. I also hear that I'll have to change the water every so often. a 10 gal bubbler setup meant to grow 2 large plants would need a water change about how often? I plan on trying to do a super-grow and get to harvest time ASAP. I was hoping I would only have to change the water like once a week and only have to use one type of nutrient solution but of course I know very little about this kind of stuff which is why I am asking it now.

Once a week is good for change of resv. I'm not so sure about LEDs. Never have seen any good results from em. If it were me I would for sure use alt lighting along w/ LEDS.
Good luck on your grow.

I don't use LEDs but my understanding is they are great for grow/veg but currently inadequate for flowering. So use the HPS for flowering.

Here is a great link (by Earl) which will enlighten you (as it did me) to how to really feed the right way in a hydro system:

also note - going with hydro should speed up the veg time but flowering time takes what it takes - if it ripens in nine weeks - ain't nuthin' gonna change that.

If that 225 led is only 14watts I would not even bother using it for growing. It's probably only going to be good for a young sprout for a few days before you really need to use better grow lighting.
