Whatever. All I know is Ive used the Solacure, and they made the weed more potent. Not saying people cant be bought and paid for, but the Solacure has been used in several different University experiments.
Theyve also been making bulbs since 1985. Not just for weed but wood curing, and show pigs.

And unless theyre lying, are the only bulb that goes down to 280nm, and the bulbs strongest range is 280nm-315nm, which have the strongest effect on weed.

These bulbs can also be run at up to 80w. We run ours on 54w. They are a 32w rated bulb, but can be run from 25w to 80w.
120w as they are overbuilt. Id say some tested the bulb at 25w-32w.

Solacure also makes a much more powerful bulb, teh SG-1, and it goes down to 290nm, but it takes a 100w Ballast to run it, and is stated it puts out more UVA/B that other 160w bulbs.

This bulb can also be used for Wood Curing, and is much more powerful the the Flower Power bulb which is a nominal 32w bulb vs 100w.

They also make the SG1 in 6ft length. Im going to try this one out, and will also reduce the amount of time they need to run.

I checked Nanolux, Prism, Ushio, and Growers' choice. Growers Choice is the only one that even mentions an enhanced UV spectrum, but no mention if the glass is built to allow that UV through like hortilux. I run philips and I really don't know for sure if theirs allow the UV light thru I would assume not since the bulb isn't being built for horticulture lighting .

All grown under led, i grew under HPS lights for years. a few years ago i decided to try LED. Never going back to HPS, you can keep the heat and the power consumption

When going with cmh, Philips digi ballast (240v)& bulb combo (3100k) is the one to get.......15 percent higher output than the competition and lower lumen depreciation. Growers house did a test on half dozen yrs ago, Philips was easily king, not surprising, they invented the tech.

Running on 120v , a step up transformer is needed .... Knocking your efficiency (1.9 ppf/w) down. 315 w cdm elite agro bulb prefers vert setup, slight spectral shift and slight bump in depreciation (3 %) running horizontally. Ditch the reflector and you're in mid/top tier lighting territory on the cheap with grow room modification (stadium /vert style)

Led Boards, strips are inching closer to 3 ppf/w this year, @ a cost. ROI is something you have to calculate for yourself, everyone has unique circumstances.

I've been wanting to ditch my reflector and just running a vert bare bulb or a parabolic. parabolic reflectors are expensive tho.

Also, cmh efficiency in ppf looks worse than its actual efficiency, loads of stuff happening in the low nm region where every photon carries much more energy than in the 660 range which is where you get ppf up to 3.

I think if most guys could keep their plants healthy they’d understand generally light isn’t the limiting factor, but things like uv can change potency A LOT in weed, regardless of how pretty you grow it. Genetics are genetics.

Their is also the heat spike that Philips conveniently omitted from the spd :-P

It's been a long time since I used cmh (330w/210w all-start pulse, probe), they did produce some very nice flowers.

Cxb cobs did better in the #s for me, quality could be a different matter? don't remember honestly.

First grow for me using that combo and couldn't really for a first time indoor newbie of been happier. Could it of been better? Sure, but I'll take what I grew any day of the week..

13W so how much you need in 4x4 with 600W to take advantage of it and how long turned on? I have heard 2hours before dark and also heard its too much that 15mins in enough...?
