LED help

I was wondering if it'd be worth my money to buy the 4 panel 14 watt leds on ebay?? I'm on a set income monthly and don't have a very big budget to play with... any other cheap ideas... I'm currently using cfls but looking at something maybe better??

Simple answer without knowing specifically what you're looking at is no. If you're on a tight budget don't buy LEDs. You won't get anything quality wise. Check the LED sub-forum and stick with the brands listed in the sticky.
