You have a LOT of LEDS. I reckon maybe those guys may be right!
I can't use LEDS cos I only use a pc case for a chamber.
I use 90% red light and 10% blue like you have and run a constant 12/12 light regime. I pop a new plant in every couple of weeks and take a mature one out. It works a treat
If you can't decide what to do then maybe stick with what you got and switch to 12/12. Those puppies will all flower fine under those conditions and it will give you time to work out your next step.
