I would recommend one 240W Quantum Board or two 150W Quantum Board. If i was you, I would go with two 150W as it will give me more flexibility. I got mine on aliexpress and it came in 7days. I am in US btw. Here is the link to my light:

Note that you dont get warranty and return is almost impossible. But they are pretty good quality and most people get them on alibaba or aliexpress without issue.

Building a qb is the way to go if you are on a budget. Much cheaper up front cost if you build it.

Yes that will be more than enough but @thesadis right i did diy i got the qb and power supply separately and did a diy but if u want easy and fast i would 100% do that

I wanted to build one myself but not too handy with wiring etc so it pushed me away. I went and grabbed a Mars hydro tsl-2000 instead just because I could plug and play. Up front cost was a little more though but building a board will always be the cheapest way to go.
