LED Fixture Question

New to the forum, but long time reader. Thanks in advance for any input.

I have a question regarding the effectiveness of photographic based LED lighting for use in an indoor closet setup.

I've seen some fantastic deals on some lights, and I've wondered if they offer enough output, the right spectrum etc.

For example, one panel has the following specifications:

36W
3950 Lumens
6300 Lux @ 1metre
95+ CRI accuracy
3200K-5600K variable temperature with controller

I was planning to add in four CFL blue spectrum for Veg, as well as some UVB and red spectrum CFL for flowering stages, in addition to the above light.

Here is a link to the light I'm considering: www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/1074090-REG/ledgo_lg600cs_pro_series_bi_color_led.html

Keep in mind this is for a single plant setup.

There is a LED forum under the Indoor Growing forum.

Why would you consider buying a light that's not for growing? LED is treacherous enough (with the epi-whatever lights which dominate the consumer market). For the price of the light you're considering, you could get a much better light like Area-51.

The specs indicate it's only 46w? That's a lot of money for a very little amount of light. And then, it doesn't specify the diodes used (so you're paying high-quality price for what is likely an epi-whatever light).
