You dont really need eye protection, unless using Ultraviolet or Infrared, although, if you stare st the bright LEDs long enough I'm sure you will see some problems, but that's with any light really.

I use glasses in my grow room. My light is super bright and I don’t need vision problems later.

Nope I dim mine down when working in the garden.

waste of money , LEDs don't have UV light they cannot damage your eyes or skin like a MH/CMH/HPS can.
