LED (CREE CXA3050) DIY SCROG Grow Tent 2.5x2.5.4.5

Hey every one I thought I might as well post a log of my grow in case anyone was interested.
This grow is legal under Health and Safety Code Section 11362.5 and SB420 in the state of California

This is my first SCROG, I made the net out of a PVC frame and some nylon string spaced at about 2.75"
The tent was made out of a PVC frame wrapped with Panda Film. The lighting uses 2 CREE CXA3050 2700K led lights thermally glued to heatsinks. I made a ghetto DIY mount for them using the side of a computer tower to mount the cooling fans. One fan is sideways because it wont spin when upside down.

Strains
Left - Blue Dream
This one was topped and then topped a second time followed by LST

Front Right - Cherry Cookies (Cherry Pie x GSC)
This one was FIMed and LST

Back Right (cant see) - Big Lemon (custom strain given to me by a friend)
This topped with LST

VEG
I dont really have too many pictures for the veg, but I started with 5 seeds. I grew them in small containers <1gal and trained by topping/FIM and LST. I didn't move them to larger pots until I knew which were females.

The plants were vegged for about 2 months total, and the screen was installed about a week before flowering.

Picture of when I installed the screen:

Sexing
With a SCROG its pretty important to know if your plant is a male or female because once the screen is installed, its hard to remove a male. While the plants were vegging, I took cuttings from each one and put the cuttings in water(with superthrive) and went directly to 12/12. The clones did not develop roots at first, and showed sex within 2 weeks. I left them for a while and they started growing roots. I used 2 of these for a little side experiment and threw the rest away.

It looked like all 5 of my seeds were female with the exception of 2 which I was convinced that they were hermies. I threw one away and just flowered the other for the hell of it.

Flowering
Today marks day 1 of flowering, they just received their first 12/12 cycle. The screen is pretty filled already and it will be interesting to see how much they stretch.
I know that 3 plants is kind of a lot for this space, but I didn't count on having this many females. Here is a picture:

What size pots? Is it soil?
I think they are 3 gallon pots and it is soil that has lots of good stuff like earthworm castings and peat moss.

Damn. That luminaire...

Those four ole' ladies are going gang up on you within a few weeks. Be prepared.
Yeah ill be on top of it. I'll keep the lights close to try to reduce the stretch, but I've heard that blue dream stretches a lot. The small one started flower a while ago, it might be a hermie so I'm just letting it got maybe get a few grams off it.

llllllllllllllookin good sir  but you want that hermi in there?why?
Im not totally sure if its a hermie yet, so I want it to go longer and look for the balls. The other dont have any flowers showing yet so theres no chance of them becoming pollinated since the hermie doesnt even have balls yet. If/once i see the balls, itll be killed but im keeping it just in case it really is flowering but just looks weird at the start.

Clone Update

In order to determine sex, I took cuttings and placed them in water and went directly to 12/12 to reveal sex. One blue dream cutting developed good roots in the water, so I threw it in soil to re-veg out of flower for monster cropping.

You can see its sprouting single blades which is typical when re-vegging a flowered clone. It will soon sprout branches out of the bud sites so it will be very bushy without needing to top the plant.

Blue Dream
Looking very frosty, lots of orange hairs

Cherry Cookies
Buds look small, but are super dense.

Big Lemon
This one isnt growing as much, i think its nutrient lockout from not letting the soil dry out as much. Still looks frosty though

CLONE UPDATE

Here is an update on the flowering clone that I took for a monster crop attempt.
It is super branchy and looks awesome, I took a few more a little while ago.

Week 10 - 11 Harvest

I harvested the plants at different times because the blue dream took longer to turn 1/3 amber.

The big lemon plant kinda hermied around week 9, and I got like 5 seeds from it, but it is overall good quality, just less.
The total weight dried was a little more than 3 ounces. Which was about 0.85 g/W which is alright with me. I have learned a lot with my first scrog and the new cloning technique.

Cherry Cookies

This plant was awesome to trim. Such cool colors of purple and almost a deep red in the leaves. Super dense and sticky nugs

VERY NICE!!! and i bet those LED's were very kind on your electric bill and heat. how many watts are you running them at?

Thanks, Im pretty happy with the results. I have some plans for my next grow which i've already started. Yeah Ive grown with CFLs and the heat wasnt usually an issue. I am pulling about 50 watts from each one.
