Cheap fakes. maybe get 2.1 umol/j with the resistors and lm561y diodeIs this reliable? Invisiblesunled co uk
More cheap fakes. Just look at the "lm301b" diode.Aynone ordered or used https://atreumlighting.com before? they seem to have really good prices on their boards and heatsinks.
I use the mars cob 100w from marshydro company, their price not cheap and it just cover 3*3ft around, so far the light works good, just for your reference not recommend you to buy,i didnt harvest my plants yet,not sure if the final good or not. Currently not use other led light companies item, only the mars led.Can someone hook me up with some nice plug and play cob lighting companies, please? I've got a 5x6 foot room, 6-7ft tall (sloped ceiling). I Veg some in there but mostly flower. I finally have the $ to upgrade from my single ended 1000w. Any help would be greatly appreciated! I've looked at timber but id like to check a few out before I pull the trigger
Yeah I'm scared to go with Mars just from there old blurple lights. I'm starting to lean towards the Samsung boards, I believe I can get my canopy closer to the light and I have a little bit of height restriction going on. Some of my plants get within a few inches of my thousand watt Raptor reflectorI use the mars cob 100w from marshydro company, their price not cheap and it just cover 3*3ft around, so far the light works good, just for your reference not recommend you to buy,i didnt harvest my plants yet,not sure if the final good or not. I have a 2x2.5 tent and run more than 200 watts in it(it has the potential to run at 250 watts). 100 watts in a 3x3 is not enough light IMO.I use the mars cob 100w from marshydro company, their price not cheap and it just cover 3*3ft around, so far the light works good, just for your reference not recommend you to buy,i didnt harvest my plants yet,not sure if the final good or not. Yes for the 3x3 area not enough, so when flowering add a small light as supplement , that's work.I have a 2x2.5 tent and run more than 200 watts in it(it has the potential to run at 250 watts). 100 watts in a 3x3 is not enough light IMO.
Timber growlights has a nice dimmable 5x 6' fixture with up to 1200w I believe its called fatty VS. Only best reviews and very good and efficient lights and customer service. His 5x6' fixture should be siutable for your room and its based on latest Vero29c which is the most efficient Vero COB currently. You can also get latest Quantumboards V2 based lights if you want. Dan is very helpful when it comes to building a suitable light for a specific room. I'm sure he will find something for you..Can someone hook me up with some nice plug and play cob lighting companies, please? I've got a 5x6 foot room, 6-7ft tall (sloped ceiling). I always be very careful, and only choose the trusted supplier, so far the marshydro led is reliable . they 've been in the market for 9yrs with the maintain center in my State CA, i worked with them for many times, light doesnt have problem fortunately .Be careful! Dont buy cheap Chinese LEDs... This company"Bossled" after 4 months the diodes started to burn out (overheat) and melt the lens!. I tried contacting them several times without any response.
Wow! Looks like she's exploded at some point. It's unfortunately not a rare problem it's more a pretty common issue with these cheap blueple fixtures. I had a pair Mars 300 reflectors(the green ones with silver refelctors and no lenses) 5 years ago and saw the first two burned out diodes within the first 2-3 month. But Mars has reasonably good support and sent me at least a new board for self-exchanging and after the repair I sold it on e3ay anyway and started to make my own lights. The problem is they use no heatsinks to keep them cool and the diodes are anyway not that efficient and get hot real quick. An aircooled PCB is not enough to make it a durable light.Be careful!
