Yea your lower branches arent going to produce anything id cut them off to focus energy on top buds rather than the. 5 youll get out of the bottom nodes

Look at my pics. You should trim some fan leaves that are useless and focus the plants energy on bud sites and not on making the fan leaves bigger

I hate to do this but dude, how are you going to give advice to someone that is OBVIOUSLY doing a much MUCH better job than you are????

My temps are 87º to 89º under the lamps root zone is always cool to the touch. I have an oscillating fan blowing quite a bit of wind on the plant. I open the closet door frequently throughout the day. I'll post some more pics of my setup below.
Also I would like to point out that a hobby of mine is photography and I don't always apply all of my skills or use my nice camera to take the pics as I am sometimes feeling lazy. I will mention that the bright lights and crazy colors throw off the camera image sensor very badly so the photos of the entire plant never show much detail and do not show the true lighting as it has to adjust the exposure of the photo based off the light metering for the whole photo but because some spots have such intense light it makes the spots with less light appear to be very dark or have less light, to give you an idea of how much light is really getting to the lower branches I set my point and shoot to meter only a small spot in the center of each photo and expose the entire photo based off that spot.
Also whodatnation I raised the plant up a few inches with a cardboard stand she is now 8" away from the LED. I had just lowered her down today to encourage vertical growth but I agree 8" is a better distance that 13" like I had her at today. The following pictures show this off.
In the following photos I used the darkest spot on the plant as the metering point, meaning the center of each of the following photos is the truest representation I can give of how much light is actually getting to the darkest spot of the plant. Now this technique also makes the rest of the picture blown out and nowhere close to true to life brightness. The following photos are not edited just exposed differently.

Make sure to rotate the plant and or the lights every so often so your plant gets equal coverage but then again my grow is garbage so what do i know

It's not an attack, yet a down-to-earth speculation of how you utilize your 700w. It seems that you need to chill, smoke one and do some reading.
I'd advise starting here. It's called main-lining, just a technique to manage your canopy. Your plants should be as close together as possible to utilize your light's footprint/light intensity and if they are all at a manageable height, it makes your life easier. Personally, I'd take all your plants and condense them into that corner and try and sandwich them between the reflective lining and the lights/T5 reflector (obviously rotating routinely). I'd even go as far as to add mylar (or whatever reflective material) covered cardboard panels to keep all the light where you want it.
Not everyone on here is out to get you, in-fact as crazy as it sounds, someone might try to help you. Take it easy.
EDIT: T5's can literally be a few inches away from a plant without any ill-effect, if at any time you're unsure about whether or not a light will be too hot for an approaching plant, do the hand test. If you can leave your hand in front of the light, mimicking where your plant would be, without it becoming uncomfortable, your plant should do fine as well.

More pics of lower branching, I appreciate the suggestion of clipping it GrowBigDude, but I believe with my CFLs I will have the light power to make them produce a decent bit, my lowest branch is almost a foot longer than the plant is tall. I also established a rule with myself for my first grow to keep it as natural as possible. I believe the technique you are talking about though is referred to as lollipopping and I know it is a popular technique which supposedly works very well in some situations.

I'd also like to mention Prosource lists a chart on the bottom of the product page for the light, the LED alone can handle 9 sq. ft. for flowering.

I just figure the CFLs would be nice as supplements.
I had this dilemma earlier in the grow, if I remove one of the CFLs my temps would be closer to being in range, my friend has me worried that bud may be trash with current temps. Is it mainly the root zone temp that matters or the ambient temp?
Wondering if I should remove one of the CFLs to get temps closer to target or if additional light is better than closer target temp.
I'm really considering a tent at this point but with tent and accessories I would need for hanging lights and fans and whatnot what cost would I be looking at? I don't need something crazy awesome right now as with one plant I can always use a small tent for now and utilize it as a clone tent or something further down the road but I'd like quality. Any suggestions on brand or anything as far as tents go? Not sure if I will get it right now but maybe soon or maybe next grow. I kind of want to see what I can do in the high temps just to see for myself. I guess a point of reference so to speak.
