Hey guys, for all those with current LED Setups, do any of you have a favour a particular soil/nute setup? Possibly a custom soil mixture preferably.

Also does anyone know of any online custom soil mixtures, seen one some where about a Danny soil mixture. There any others out there? Hook me up with that info please gentlemen. Peace

I, personally, like Roots Organics Medium, and using both the Roots Organics Dry Nutrients Player Pack with the 5mL Master Pack as a kind of tea.

I use Pro Mix Bx and Advanced Nutrients, although I'm currently cooking up some super soil, you can find recipes on the internet just google "super soil recipes". Good luck

You don't necessarily have to move it. Just create another one.

I could be wrong, but i think that's the part of the forum where guys geek out on soil recipes. If you have LED questions, go to the Indoor Growing forum. There is an LED subsection there. Spend enough time there and you can figure out how to DIY your own grow lights - just a warning that it's a serious trip down the rabbit hole.

Ok thanks guys. Never seen the roots organics before, so that's new to me. Pro mix bx I've come across on a few threads I've stumbled into. I was just curious because it's led and not cmh/mh+hps whether or not people's medium changed as I know using discharge bulbs plants need more water and feed so was wondering if people had their own methods with led's as the light is not so nutrient absorbing as with discharge lights. I'll Google now super soil recipes I did try before but a lot of results I came across was making your own compost etc and using rotting food well that's not a route I want to go down lol.

My friend has made his own 150w COB led which I'm going to take a look at on Friday. So I will probably end up making my own led once I know how it's done. But he said there is another brand just out that's even better. I'll know more on Friday.

fox farm coco loco and fox farm nutes in 10 gallon cloth pots indoor 4 foot by 4 foot tent with viparspectra LEDs. That is what I do.

I'm only on my second run with it. Using a 600 watt. I only have one but I'm gonna buy another right now I have a pineapple Express auto that is 38 days in and it is about 26 inches high growing really fast. I have 4 LEDs of different sizes but I think it is by far the best bang for the buck. Most expensive one I payed for was a G13 or something like that for 350 6 years ago. Make sure you get 5w diodes on whatever you buy
that is one of the most important things from my experience Pulleds 6 zips super lemon haze using scrog method and that viprapectre light. 160 dollars on amazon

here is my current run. 39 days in. Barney's farm pineapple express auto on the right. DNA 60 day lemon skunk auto on the left. That strain is terrible yields but it is a really good smoke. Their lemon skunk is la cup winner, but the auto version it just doesn't produce enough for me to grow again. I usually run an auto and 3 standard feminized seeds in a 4x4. the one on the left is under a 300 watt mars hydro but it started under that Viparspectra. I realized quickly which had the better genetics so I swapped places and gave the pineapple express the better light. i'm thinking i'll get 3 ozs off of it. which i'm pretty stoked about. i am on a time constraint that's why i went with a couple auto beans i had. the PE was a freebie. i purchased the 60 day lemon auto a while back and had one leftover. Peace and cowabunga. :) genetics first, lights second and soil third. that is my amateur experience. I ain't got time to be a perfectionist. I have a day job. One day though i'll be ready when the regulations change around these parts.

Haha you said genetics first, so which lamp was better and which plant did you put under it, the weaker one to get more light as that's what it needed or did you maximize the opportunity of the stronger plant ad gave it the best chance it could get. Sorry if that's seems a stupid question but it could be either one lol. Or At least what's In my head it could be lol.

I fancy getting some seeds a friend Corey mentioned. Cross breed cant remember the name but i have it written down and saved in my messages, Then and also, northern lights, and big buds but I'm yet to find the latter 2. I've also got 2 more I want to get but they sell at £70 for 10 and I didn't see any smaller qty prices. So £140 is a lot right now, as I'm going for a diamond mylar tent and an led set up for my first grow. Need to maximise small space, so need to get best tent. Sure led might not be super penetrating, but in a small space I think the results would almost be the same due to just That, lack of space and air flow etc.
