Led and cfl?

I thought i would try growing under LED'S just 1 or 2 plants for personal use.they are veging too slow for me so i brought a few 100w cfls now im growing them in my wardrobe white walls and mirros inside any suggestions on how far i should hang the light from the plants they only 3 inches high i have a timer,fan/temp reader ect should i use both cfl and leds? and should i leave on 16hr on 8 off. And should i put my out door plants inside i have 2 of them 10" or will it shock them to much?these are the 2 outdoors

I used to veg with 135watt led's and true color cfl's. It worked well for veg but i'm not sure about the flowering. it will depend on the quality of the LED and the amount of blue,red, and white spectrum. The LED's do make it very easy to control heat and I found the plants stay very healthy under them. The UFO's are supposedly as good as a 600watt hid light over them. So far I really like them but I flower with a HPS. Good luck man
