LED 75W + CFL 25W ?

Hi !
two af growing under a 75W new generation LED (little 50x50x90).
I would like to know if it’s worth adding two very little side CFL, considering these are normal home bulbs for a total 25W (warm light).
Can this be useful to improve the global light amount or not? On the other hand, can this be harmful for the LED spectrum?

thanks a lot

Of course it will add. But fluoros are pretty hot and inefficient. If you're gonna throw any bulbs in there at all, use LED bulbs at least...

These two CFL bulbs are the only ones available so far. Are you sure they would get hot ? I red CFL are renown for being colder (indeed they can be much closer to plants)

Oh yes I might do. Just figuring out in advance because these bulbs are not easy to plug in there. Thanks for your help anyway!

I'm pretty sure the fluoros you're thinking about are t5 4' long bulbs, which are indeed quite cool and can be brought very close to plants. But they're 26-54watts through 4feet.
Yours are 25watts in something the size of an apple.
