Typically the hydro shop is the last place you want to get advice from. As has already been stated you should run both switches all the time.

definetely need both switches on in that size tent with that little LED

Heck I would run both switchines during veg and add a nother light during flower to fill a 6x6

It's 80cm x 80cm which is about 32"x32".

Not 6'x6'.
