Hello, this is my first post. I've gathered so much information from this site. I'll be working on some white widow autos and I've found a plethora of light schedule recommendations for various forms of lighting but I'm not finding consistent results when it comes to LED. As of right now, if I were to average what I've ready across all lighting styles when dealing with autos, here is what I currently think.
I should go with an 20/4 cycle throughout the entire growth period keeping the lights at roughly 24" from the canopy. The issue is this is based on some really silly logic... Most say throw as much light as possible at autos if energy consumption isn't a concern (I don't care how much energy I use). I've also heard a lot say 18/6 is the most common approach but they don't say if the 6 is because people don't want to use that much electricity. So I figure 20/4 is a nice happy medium.
I fear I'm overthinking this like everything else I try so what would be good solid approach given I'm running 2 300W viparspectras on a total of 8 white widow autos and I'm not worried about how much energy I use.
Thanks a TON in advance!
