Is it ok to mix up a nutrient solution in a bucket, feed half of it to the plants then cover the bucket with cling film snd use the rest the next day?

make sure you give it a good stir, also get some oxygen in it by pouring it into another bucket back and forth a few times.

It's best that you adjust pH just before watering, because pH tends to rise a little overnight.
