I bet it is root rot from no drainage. I go a couple weeks in smaller pots of ffof before transplant without needing to feed anything except a little cal/mag. Ffof has never burnt any of my plants and sometimes I will plant the seed right in it if I am out of jiffy pellets. If you have more seeds I would start over because it could be a few weeks before they recover and that is if they recover. Poke lots of holes in the cup for air to get through and add some perlite this time if you have it and you should be good. Good luck.

If you get yourself some distilled water (bottled water) and water with that, you shouldn't even have to really worry about ph... daweed, you should read through my thread, I have asked and people have answered tons of these questions... First grow link below... Hope it helps ya out man!
