I had the same problem with molasses I bet the PH of your medium is way low. Might want to check and try to get it back in range.

Do a proper slurry test..
I wouldn't put molasses water directly into the medium... I would use it to brew compost tea first, then feed that.

Learn from your mistakes,next round have your soil ready.With organic its feed the soil not the plant.
In your case you need quick food,fish fertilizer or even salts, something water soluble.
No major changes. I gave them a solid feeding last night. Everything seems to be doing ok so far, for the most part.
