Leaves turning dark green and crispy

Sounds like you nailed it in one. Crisp dark papery leaves are a sign of N tox. I would give them straight ph'd water, no nutes for the next 2 watering cycles and see if that helps.
Thank you can I ask you another question the tips of the leaves are starting to get real pointy and summer curling down and summer curling up that's definitely a sign of intoxication too..?

My experience in soil, sucked. I would still recommend easing up on the nutes for a few feedings and see if she recovers. Hopefully your soil isn't too hot on its own.

I have a feeling it is because I noticed some of my plants were lacking soil like I didn't fill them up to the top so I start putting my soil in it and I think that's what did it

That's a good possibility. I top with perlite but I'm hydro. The perlite keeps the very top dry but seems to help retain the moisture below it. Did you add the same soil you started with? Or one loaded with nutes?

Both I think it's nute Burn so I'm just going to give them bottled spring water and drop the pH level to 6.5 using p.h. down solution however I'm going to use a little Cal Mag
