Pay attention especially to the DLI reading. Basically there's only so many photons the plant can take in during one day and when you exceed it the plant droops/shys away from the light.

Great to hear, man! I originally thought I had my lights dimmed to a conservative level but the plants weren't really doing anything. After I tested and adjusted, I'd taken off 180 watts of power usage between the veg and flower tents! Plus less fan use and heat generation. Much better growth. Just a win-win all round.

That's great. What I'm thinking about now is that, I have about 3-5 inches till the light is adjusted all the way to the top. How much more light am I gonna give when they start flowering. Might just have to play around with it till I see the ladies are liking what they getting.

What light are you using in your flower tent? Maybe u have some previous experience to share

I'm using a Mars fc4800 in a 3x3 for flower. (480w). It's overkill for a 3x3 but the light itself is close to 3x3 size so it gives a very complete canopy coverage.

I just go by what my lux meter says for now regarding how much light to give. Just to get me to the right area so I don't need to stress.

I've seen some bomb-ass flowers from the ts1000 so best of luck.

Awesome stuff.
The ts1000 is a good light. Had 2 good grows so far with it. So I'm kind of expecting some good results from the auto grow. Fingers crossed.

These plants just don't need to be pushed high levels of light while in veg in 18/6, but as soon as you flip them you can start gradually increasing to your planned max during flower. Just give them a couple of days to adapt after each time you increase the % or shorten the distance to the canopy. DLI is definitely a good thing to research.

They are autos, so I'm waiting for them to start flowering then I'm gonna try to push them. Slowly but surely.

Guys. Does anyone think that, because of the light ordeal the plants have not started flowering yet. They are 44 days in veg. Thought they should have been flowering atleast by day 30. Anyone with similar experience
